OurTrainingRoom is a product of Auxilium Group, based in Windsor, Ontario, and operating since 2002. The platform runs on Auxilium Group's infrastructure in Canadian data centres, including Montreal, Toronto and Scarborough.
For many organizations, especially in the public sector, knowing where employee training records are held and who operates the system is part of choosing an LMS.
Fully hosted, nothing to install
OurTrainingRoom is a fully hosted, ready-to-use system. Learners and administrators use it in a web browser. There are no servers for your IT department to maintain and no software to install on staff computers.
Operated by the people who build it
Auxilium Group develops, hosts and supports OurTrainingRoom itself. When you have a question or a request, you are dealing with the team responsible for the platform, not a reseller.
Support people can reach
Learners and administrators can contact support from any page by live chat, email or phone. Learners who cannot remember their sign-in details can reset their password by email or contact support for help.
Connected to the rest of Auxilium's platform
OurTrainingRoom is part of the Auxilium Group family of products built on its Datalynk data management platform, including human resources tools. Ask us if you want training records to work alongside other systems.
